AMT and Virginia Tech continue to work together to grow and accelerate companies starting their digital manufacturing journey. We see the value and significant return on investment in companies embarking on their digital journey. While digitization and data sciences can be overbearing, partnering with a university is a fast and easy way to understand these new technologies. In this collaboration with the Virginia Tech Learning factory, a group of undergraduates is building on the success of previous the previous team by implementing MTConnect on a Haas three-axis mill and two Rize 3d printers.
